We will sign any confidentiality agreements as may be required and maintain H.I.P.A.A. compliance with regards to confidentiality. We provide secure storage of your transcripts. Our web-accessible client area is encrypted with 128bit SSL encryption and password protected. In addition, we can strip out any identifying materials from your transcripts to maintain subject anonymity.

One-on-One Interview Transcription Services A One-on-One interview is one person interviewing another person (e.g. a sit-down interview). The interviewee's responses are transcribed verbatim. The interviewer's questions are paraphrased for clarity. We provide two types of verbatim transcripts for One-on-One Interviews.

Full Continuity transcripts are most often used to fulfill contractual delivery requirements for foreign broadcast and distribution. It has been our experience of late with documentaries and television shows that Lite Continuities are more than enough. This is due to the significant price difference between a Full Continuity and a Lite Continuity and the continuing decline of TV production budgets. Please consult your delivery requirements contract to be sure which you will need.
