Charges - We provide you an extension of your business hours in labor cost; therefore we charge on a usage basis. For the past twelve years we bill clients for what they use not a shared cost divided over all our clients. We have a base of $45.00 per month (a readiness to serve for your use of our telephone number, equipment space exclusive to your business, and operator training/updates). The computer then tracts your calls in increments of a tenth of a minute or each six seconds then cumulates these tenths over the month of operator time.

Extended Office Hours - With after hours answering we insure you do not miss an opportunity for your business to serve your customer needs. Today business is handled on a multiple of time zones so don’t limit your business .

All of our employees are American citizens, and we never outsource our calls. We've been an industry leader for providing quality answering services and enhanced call center solutions. We're located in Texas but offer our services Nationwide.
