Professional Communication Services, L.L.C. opened its lines to North Alabama on May 25, 1994. Formed by members of the Huntsville medical community, its mission has been and will always be to provide North Alabama healthcare providers with dedicated, reliable, professional and all medical answering service. PCS utilizes sophisticated paperless call center technology that allows operators to document and process calls with maximum efficiency.
