All sizes are available in clear or with color. Some specialty carvings include roses frozen in the ice. Carving detail generally lasts from four to six hours. Professional Ice Carving is a well established full time business. Our sculptor Christopher Huessy is a talented ice carver with over 25 years of experience. In addition to private affairs, we are currently servicing over 90 of the finest caterers, clubs, hotels, restaurants and professional organizations within the Portland Metropolitan area. Christopher is a leader in his industry, having custom designed and built his own ice block machine that produces 300 pound clear block ice, thus to insure the quality of our product.
