Professional Management Services, Inc., dba PM-Systems, was chartered as a corporation in South Carolina in April 1990 to operate as a full-service business management consulting firm. While located on Hilton Head Island in 1990 and 1991, Professional Management Services' primary client was Barnacle Broadcasting Ltd., which operated radio station WHTK-FM. Professional Management Services provided Barnacle Broadcasting with general, sales, and programming management, and directed the station to profitability during a period when well over half the radio stations in the United States were losing money. WHTK-FM was awarded the "South Carolina Radio Station of the Year" by the South Carolina Broadcasters Association in 1990.
Professional Management Services, dba PM-Systems, is now an authorized Microsoft OEM System Builder, designing, manufacturing, installing, and maintaining computers, servers, and networks for companies, schools, government agencies, and consumers in the United States and overseas. Having installed and maintained hundreds of workstations and servers, our consultants and technicians are specialists in Microsoft Windows NT/2000/XP/2003™ networks, Red Hat Enterprise Linux networks, and Spartacom LANtastic™ networks. Our staff includes a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Mr. Sanders received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Cum Laude, and a Masters of Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina. He is a professor and veteran radio broadcaster. He is a Past President of the South Carolina Broadcasters Association, Charter President of the Advertising Federation of Spartanburg (SC) and was awarded the National President of the Year from the American Advertising Federation. Mr. Sanders is a Certified Radio Marketing Consultant. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet, a Red Hat Certified Technician, an A+™ Certified Computer Technician, Network+™ Certified Technician, and a Linux+™ Certified Professional. Sanders is a member of the faculty at Greenville Technical College, teaching courses in Computer Systems Management, Operating Systems, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, TCP/IP, Wireless Communications and Networks, and Cisco Networking.
