Executive Department The Executive Department is responsible to provide senior leadership within the organization and the health care community in order to achieve and maintain the company's core principles. The Executive Department is accountable to ensure there is regulatory compliance of the company’s educational programs as promulgated by the FDA, the OIG, US accreditation bodies, URAC, various pharmaceutical compliance/regulatory departments, and the company’s own compliance guidelines. The Executive Department regularly interfaces with clinical key opinion leaders, the company’s customers, accreditation bodies and health care organizations to develop and deliver quality continuing medical education that will improve patient care.
