(* If your purchase included "Free Shipping", our cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.) Just call us, and we'll let you know how to return the item to us. Item must be returned at your expense and must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original manufacturer warranty cards, papers, and manufacturer packaging intact. There will be a per item restock fee of $9 or 9% of the selling price of your product...whichever is lower.

We must be notified about a DOA or defective item within 30 days of item's arrival. See exceptions below. If you haven't notified us of a defective item within 30 days of items arrival, you'll need to get your item replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. If your product was forwarded outside the United States we are not responsible for return shipping if your product arrives defective.

A 100% refund (including shipping fee) or a replacement will be offered. If you prefer, the item can be exchanged for any item we sell for just the difference in price. Just call us, and we'll let you know how to return the item to us, AT OUR EXPENSE :o) All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original manufacturer warranty cards, papers, and manufacturer packaging intact.
