Sharon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Progress USA with over twenty years experience in the technologies of healthcare, from her managerial and supervisory assignments with AT&T and practice implementation, to Business Operations Manager. Sharon has had her own successful consulting company where she focused on Public Health, performing Grant Writing and Grant Administration; Healthcare Program Research, Development, and Management. She has provided superior service for numerous public and private sector clients, including the difficult Not-for-Profit sector. Sharon also held the position of Adjunct Instructor, Rasmussen College School of Allied Health.

Lauren comes to Progress USA with over 13 years experience in the medical field, including 6 years as Practice Manager and 3 years as billing manager. Lauren started her career working part time in High School and College learning all aspects of a medical practice. With a passion for Medical Billing, Lauren became a Business Manager in a Medical Group with over 150 physicians and eventually moving on to another large medical group with 6 different facilities.
