Tim serves on the Marketing Committee of Progressive Asset Management (PAM) Inc. His focus is on developing the right tools for PAM advisors including leveraging a mix of technology, product, and information to support their business development. PAM advisors are a diverse and unique group. These tools allow for independence and flexibility, an important component of the PAM model. Tim is also an Investment Advisor and Certified Financial Planner with the PAM Group, the Socially Responsible Investment division of Financial West Group.

Russ Rybicki is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary ® (AIF ®) specializing in Socially & Environmentally Responsible Investing with over 10 years of financial advisory experience. As an AIF ®, Russ is required to act solely in the interests of, and with undivided loyalty to, his clients. He has spent his entire financial advising career focusing on Socially Responsible Investing, helping individuals and businesses work toward their financial goals while using sound investment strategies supporting the values that are important to his clients.
