Through a history steeped in tradition, Progressive Barge Line, Incorporated once again is demonstrating its commitment to better serve customers ’ needs by enhancing our fleet with two new pieces of equipment. In September 2009 Progressive Barge Line, Incorporated purchased two 30,000 bbl barges. The PBL 3026 & PBL3027 is now our 3rd Vapor Recovery and Heated Oil Tow. We are looking forward to many years of service from this tow. Time to fill her up!
