Here at Progressive Die And Stamping one of our customers were having Quality and reliability issues with one of their products they were having manufactured overseas. They approached us to see if we could help them with production of these parts. Our customer asked for pictures of the tooling used in the manufacturing process from the overseas supplier as they had purchased said tooling from the Asian manufacturer.
Progressive Die and Stamping designs and manufactures all of our tooling in house, whether it is progressive tooling for large volume stamping or stage tooling for short-run metal stamping.
All tooling is designed and built in our complete tool room at our facility in Anaheim, California, USA, not imported from Larry Lee across the sea. This way, we control every process required to assure the quality and precision of the tooling to provide your company with the best custom metal stampings available.
Our personnel have many years of experience in all aspects of precision metal stamping. We can take your concept from design stage to prototype , short-run into large volume progressive stamping. Being a contract stamper, we are prepared to tackle almost any stamping job, whether it’s a precision metal stamping made on a progressive stamping die or a short-run metal stamping.
