Dr. Annie Kim, Linguistics and Korean Advisor Annie hold PhD and M.Ed degrees and is currently an instructor at Utah State University. A Native of South Korea, Annie also guides the Korean content utilized in our services in that country. Annie enjoys over 20 years of experience in the field of language acquisition.

Lance Berrenberg, Executive Vice President Lance holds B.S. and M.B.A degrees and currently directs all distributor affairs for Progressive Language. An entrepreneur and a businessman with more than 30 years of business and management experience, Lance brings to PLI enormous insight into the best practices of successful companies. For 15 years, Lance was Owner and President of American Polysteel, Inc. which became the largest manufacturer of insulating concrete forms in North America before he sold the business in 2000. He joined PLI as a major investor and was named Executive Vice President of PLI in February 2003.

Timothy J. Keller, President and CEO Tim is an entrepreneur with 17 years experience in product development and program management. Mr. Keller developed entrepreneurial skills helping launch and grow Honeywell Power Systems where he served as a Principal Engineer and was one of the original team members of the start-up venture. As founder of Progressive Language, he worked closely with top linguists to develop PLI's learning methodology and language analysis tools. Mr. Keller has five patents pending, has traveled extensively in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East, speaks Spanish and is learning German. He received B.S. and M.S. degrees from Arizona State University.
