Teambuilding, Inc. has been providing services intended to facilitate teambuilding and transitions to more participatory management for over 20 years. Although America has been moving steadily toward participative management, it has not been prepared for its inherent pitfalls. The strength of our organization is providing management with sufficient knowledge to successfully change while avoiding these pitfalls.
