Defective or malfunctioning products may be returned as a warranty exchange with a valid RMA. After your 90-day warranty period has expired, the manufacturer’s warranty will go into effect, and will cover your product depending on their terms and conditions. So you know, most manufacturers offer a 90-day, 500-hour warranty – whoever comes first. For specific information, please contact your lamp’s original manufacturer. If for whatever reason you are having difficulty locating the original manufacturer of your lamp, please contact us so we can assist.

We sell projector lamps and TV lamps for all major multimedia projector and rear-projection television brands. While we stand by our products 100%, each and every one of our lamps is covered under 90 day warranty from date of invoice – just in case. Really, if you think about it, it is our confidence in our products that allows us to make such a guarantee. If there is any problem at all during your 90-day period (or your extended warranty period), please call or email immediately. We will then provide you with an RMA Form (merchandise return authorization number form) and instructions on how to return your projector back to us.

Step 2: Then, after selecting the manufacturer of your projector or TV manufacturer, select “how to search your lamp by the projector model or the lamp part number.” After doing so, you will see all relevant models listed in the drop-down box labeled “search by model / search by part." Select the model of your projector or TV, or choose the part number (lamp model) from the drop-down list.
