Description

Here at PD&B Inc. we strive to provide our customers exactly what they want. The options on the controls side are virtually limitless whether you need a PC based system, or, the more typical PLC based system. We support most of the manufacturers available today.

PD&B is building a processing line to produce aluminum tubing for Güntner AG, a heating and cooling manufacturer, at its plant in Hungary. Marcus Haman of Güntner’s division in Austria visited PD&B’s plant in Toledo the week of Feb. 13 for the pre-acceptance testing of the machinery before it is shipped to Hungary. Güntner makes heat exchangers for commercial and industrial customers in Europe. “PD&B is a good company and the service is excellent,” Haman said. “It is not common for European companies to buy machinery in the U.S.” The production line PD&B designed and built for Güntner will be shipped by truck to Detroit where it will be crated and put on a flight for Budapest. From there, it will be shipped by truck to the company’s plant at a total cost of about $70,000,” Martin said.

At PD&B Inc., we pride ourselves on the custom design of all our customers’ mechanical and electrical design needs. From the layout of electrical panels to the build-out of entire processing lines, our team can develop innovative designs and quality controls that save you time and money.

When it comes to Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI), we pride ourselves on speaking your language no matter what the project entails. At PD&B Inc., we’ve seen it all—whether you’re dealing with wood, glass, and metal, or even assembly, welding and stacking. When it comes down to it, our niche is that we don’t have just one—WE SPECIALIZE IN CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.

PD&B Inc. manufactures standard high speed packagers to accumulate, band and stack finished bundles of MPE, or Multivoid aluminum tubing. This machinery is capable of processing 300 parts per minute or more depending on part construction. All of it accomplished while never touching the part with metal of any kind.
