He has over 25 years of experience in the field of software development and consultancy. His vision and experience in the field of IT helped build Prolifics successfully. Satya holds a M.S. in Computer Science from IIT Madras.

Shivaji brings extensive experience in Enterprise Software Solutions delivery and Product Management functions with his background in consulting, delivering result-oriented innovative solutions at Fortune 100 / SME / Startup companies. He has over 17 years of experience in leading geographically-spread, cross-functional teams and is able to strategize and deliver technically challenging applications, including a Gartner recognized product requiring significant coordination and collaboration with virtual teams.

Jay has over 30 years of experience in consulting, application development, packaged software implementation and complex systems integration. He brings practical, hands-on experience in sales, delivery and practice management to the Managed Services Practice, with a proven track record demonstrating depth and breadth across the entire software development lifecycle.

Jason oversees Prolifics’ marketing strategy and execution and has over 15 years of marketing experience in branding, digital media, multi-platform advertising and B2B marketing. Prior to joining Prolifics, Jason led the corporate positioning, brand development and marketing strategy for such notable brands as AT&T Interactive, Google, Ford Motor Company and Microsoft.
