Description

You would be a key member of our Client Services team, which is responsible for providing consultative assistance to customers (banks and other financial institutions), such as: responding and resolving operational issues, explaining legal documents, and helping to resolve a variety of issues. Your primary role will be to direct a high performance Client Services team, resolve customer requests promptly and professionally, provide unparalleled customer experience, and deliver exceptional performance metrics.

You would be a key member of our IT development team. Our business analysts are "Solution Architects" who are able to understand a business problem and have the capacity to conceptualize a technical solution and then work with the technology team to see through implementation. Your primary role will be to support new services and products, and the diverse needs of a growing network of customers.
