Debi Harding established "The Property Manager" in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in 1986, having first begun her real estate career as a sales associate in Springfield, Missouri in 1977. A series of events, a move to Tulsa in 1981, a position in corporate relocation real estate and a less-than-robust market opened up a whole new universe - the world of property management in its infancy! more » Kristin Harding Recalling the days of driving around Tulsa with her mom, Debi, while she was building The Property Manager, Kristin knew that real estate would always be part of her experience and TPM would be at the forefront. Born and raised in Tulsa, Kristin attended Jenks High School and proceeded to the University of Tulsa where she studied marketing and communications. Sharing the same passion for real estate as her mother, Kristin obtained her license in 2003 and was working at The Property Manager in various roles. After a short hiatus in Colorado, Kristin has returned in a more focused role with The Property Manager. Her emphasis is in client relations and strategic marketing. However, being the people-person that she is, Kristin can't get away from assisting people locate their new home, whether it be to rent or to buy. As Kristin likes to say, "It's a passion of mine - helping somone find a place where they can rest their feet." In her spare time, Kristin loves to spend time with friends and family, her Boxer, Lola, act, sing, cook, paint, play tennis, golf or volleyball. Louis Grabowski After getting a degree in Digital Media from the University of Georgia, he moved to Tulsa. He is the one making the changes on the website and keeping everything up to date. With a wide variety of computer skills he is able to take care of the web and graphic needs of The Property Manager. To see what he can do take a look at Aluminum Skies Lilly Belle Meet Miss Lilly Belle! Lilly is a 2 year old Boxer girl that I rescued from a very bad situation ….she wasn ’t so much abused as just used by the breeder. She had 2 litters of puppies before she was 15 months old!!! When I first got her, I wondered if I had taken on too big a challenge (I have a Westie and a Yorkie (now deceased) and Lilly weighed 50 pounds and was afraid of everything. She didn ’t even bark for over a month! She had never been in a house or around people. But life for Lilly is now very good! She loves to play with her bright green Frisbee, chase away birds, and sits really still for treats. Sometimes she gets to sleep with her special blanket on Mom ’s bed! I fell in love with Boxers because my daughter had rescued them and I fell in love with her little Lola.
