PSG uses the latest property management software to provide our owner's with meaningful and accurate monthly reports. Our web based system allows us to constantly track income and expense as well as leasing activity and marketing success. The PSG accounting staff has many years of combined experience in the multi-family industry.

Eddy Chester serves as the president of Property Solutions Group and has over 20 years of experience in the property management industry. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a professional designation given by the Institute of Real Estate Management. He currently serves on the board of directors for the local chapter of IREM - Memphis Chapter #20. A native of Memphis, Eddy has a working knowledge of the different submarkets within the city and the experience to operate the many different types of properties within the Memphis area.
