Property Upkeep Services was started in 1980 as a full-service landscape maintenance and enhancement company. It is recognized as a full-service contractor providing exterior landscape maintenance, landscape enhancements, irrigation, snow removal and plant health care services. Property Upkeep Services specializes in maintaining Class A corporate properties with stringent requirements for superior customer service with a Gold Star level of service. It is dedicated to maintaining strong service partnerships with each of its clients.

There are currently twenty two employees, five full-time year-round and seventeen full-time seasonal employees, filling various positions. Thomas Polak serves as President of the company with over twenty years experience in the industry. He purchased Property Upkeep Services from the previous owner in 1988 after working with them for two years and relocated the business in Chaska, where it continues to operate today.
