2013 has brought tremendous opportunity and growth - now exceeding 400 professional staff nationally! ProSource has added numerous senior professionals to our team in each of our primary services. ProSource has expanded its presence on the east coast with the opening of our newest office in Staten Island, NY. Our staff is pleased to be supporting the disaster relief/recovery efforts of the communities of New York State. The opening of this office is part of our continued strategic growth efforts. Already staff has been deeply engaged in supporting clients and providing the superior service for which ProSource is known.

ProSource provides comprehensive appraisal services with appraisers who have extensive experience in residential and commercial appraisals for public projects at the local, county, state and federal levels, as well as many private financial institutions, and private residents and businesses. They maintain a strict adherence to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and remain current with state licensing and professional organizational standards.
