Our many years of acquisition experience provides us with the expertise to help our customer with the initiation, planning, programming, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of any size program.

Mr. Roberts has extensive experience in the review of environmental regulations and their respective impact at the process level and subsequently determining and implementing environmental solutions suitable for sustaining specified process performance. Based on his unique experience, he has devised a step-wise process optimization technique that has successfully been applied to multiple operations that directly support maintenance and overhaul of various weapon system platforms.

PTI has a solid record and proven experience in providing NEPA assistance to Federal agencies not only at the installation level but also to the acquisition community. PTI strives to provide its expertise and guidance in assisting their clients with the rigors of NEPA documentation preparation and all aspects of public involvement in regard to the NEPA process. PTI has developed weapon system specific NEPA documents for over 25 Army programs including the Future Combat System (FCS) program. The following is a partial listing of those products.
