PMH Medical Center is a full-service, community based, non-profit medical center, dedicated to serving the needs of local residents. PMH Medical Center is a Level 4 Trauma Center with 25 licensed CAH beds. For over 60 years, PMH has provided exceptional healthcare services and the latest in diagnostic and patient care technology to the residents of the Yakima Valley.

Hospitalists assume the role of your primary care provider while you are in the hospital. It is a hospitalist’s job to help you regain your health as quickly as possible. They do this by designing an individualized treatment plan for each patient and working with nurses and other health care professionals to provide this personal attention.

Food Services We provide nutritional meals to our Transitional Care and Medical Center patients three times a day. Snacks are provided upon request. If any employee of PMH or a family member would like to purchase a meal tray the cost is $6.00. Hours of Service: 5:00 am to 7:30 pm daily throughout the year. If you need a meal, one can be obtained through the PMH Food Service Department. Staff and/or Patient Registration staff can assist you in purchasing a meal tray. 3D and 4D Ultrasound Technology This equipment gives PMH the ability to combine information from a previous study with the images produced during their ultrasound allowing our doctors and staff to broaden their assessment to provide diagnosis and therapy guidance with higher confidence. The most significant patient benefit will be the quality of images provided is noticeably better on almost every patient. PMH will also be available to provide expectant mothers and their families with detailed images of their babies as early as 28 weeks.
