ProTech Solutions has been providing services for micro computer systems and peripherals since 1984. We provide a wide range of technology solutions and associated services to commercial, government and educational institutions. Our scope of services includes systems integration and custom application development, database administration, networking, and hardware configuration and repair. ProTech employs a core staff of experienced technicians, ranging from hardware repair and networking technicians, to systems engineering and computer programming specialists. Our technicians are A+ and Manufacturer certified on all major manufacturer's models. They average over ten years experience each, and currently maintain over 15,000 computers, printers and monitors. ProTech employs a flexible range of service delivery contract options, including fixed service contracts, fixed fee projects, time and materials, block hour contracts, and full staff outsourcing contracts. Our outsourcing solutions include traditional staffing as well as program management and functional outsourcing. ProTech has been recognized many times over for its quality of service, and recently received Cincinnati Public Schools Supplier Diversity award. It is also certified as a small business entity in both Hamilton County and the City of Dayton.
