Litigation Support is the process of providing consultation and support services to attorneys in relation to current and pending cases. The type of support services provided are dependent on the needs of each individual attorney or firm, but may include Project Management, Document Scanning, OCR Conversion, Blowbacks, Trial Graphics, Audio/Video Conversion, and other forms of Technical Consulting.

P ROTEGGA instructors have attained the CCE (Certified Computer Examiner) certification and have real world experience in the acquisition and analysis of large-scale Computer Forensic and e-Discovery projects. In addition to the following courses, custom courseware and round tables are available.

In 1969, the Texas Legislature passed a law requiring any individual, or business, providing investigative services to be licensed by the State. This law, the Private Security Act found in Chapter 1702 of the Occupation Code, is currently administered by the Texas Department of Public Safety through the Private Security Board, whose members are appointed by the Governor of the State of Texas.
