Designed to provide a comprehensive and fully integrated assessment for career guidance and development, OIP+ consists of an occupational interest questionnaire and a measure of ‘personal work needs’. Developed following extensive trialling on 16 to 18 year-olds and subsequently extended for use with older adults, OIP+ has been designed so that only a basic level of education is required to complete it. OIP+ can also be fully integrated with a choice of general or specific aptitude measures.
