Puglia Engineering, Incorporated (PEI) is a full service ship repair and facilities support company, supporting vessel repair activities and facilities programs throughout the United States and abroad. We offer vessel repair and maintenance services utilizing our certified drydock and railway. Dockside repair services can be performed at our facility or at the customers facility. We have emergency response capabilities to ensure that our customers downtime is kept to a minimum. We can have qualified personnel at the repair site within 24 to 72 hours after approval to proceed. With our years of longevity in marine and industrial services, we have developed well-established policies and procedures to address all aspects of our industry. We are certified with ABS, USCG, and NAVSEA. Our QA system is compliant with ISO 9001 requirements. PEI has repair facilities and staff support personnel located in Tacoma, Seattle and Bellingham, Washington and Alameda, California. Our worldwide response capabilities are supported by a full range of personnel, facilities and equipment. PEIs Field Department has responded to vessel repair needs and successfully performed work requirements throughout the Pacific Rim, Asia and Europe. All of PEIs facilities employ a union labor force. Our personnel are highly trained and qualified for all pertinent trades, crafts and administrative positions. All of our facilities and personnel operate in support of one another to improve our capabilities of positioning personnel, equipment, supplies and resources in the appropriate locations. This allows us to capitalize on the strengths needed to properly support our obligations and ensure success.
