Built to Honor is partnering with Operation Finally Home, a nonpartisan/nonprofit organization that has been working with wounded warriors across the country in need of a new home since 2005. Its mission has been to provide our country with the ability to honor and thank America’s wounded and disabled veterans and their families for the sacrifices they’ve made defending our nation. Staff Sgt. Todd Domerese enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1998 and served for over 15 years. He served in both Afghanistan and Iraq and was injured in 2004 when his Humvee ran over two IEDs simultaneously. Since his injury, he often speaks at forums on behalf of the National Intrepid Center for Excellence, which is the Military Health System institute for traumatic brain injury and psychological health conditions. He is also an Honorary Co-Chair for the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.

The Board believes that Directors who have served on the Board for an extended period of time are able to provide valuable insight into the operations and future of the Company based on their experience with and understanding of the Company’s history, policies, and objectives. The Board believes that, as an alternative to term limits, it can ensure that the Board continues to evolve and adopt new viewpoints through the evaluation and nomination process described in these guidelines.
