In 1998, after spending 8 years as a salesperson and manager in the car business, I opened a small car lot in Tacoma. With the mission statement that every individual should be presented with the best quality vehicles and treated with the utmost respect, professionalism and effort regardless of their race, gender or credit. My family and I believe that customers should not have to lower their expectations simply because they are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. They should still enjoy a new car experience when they do business with us. I still hand pick each quality car personally and provide our customers with a VIP program to maintain quality and achieve the highest re-sale value of their vehicle. This philosophy has proven valuable as we have grown from that small car lot to one of the biggest independent dealers with many employees, all dedicated to doing business the right way.
