Fraud and follow-up investigations are conducted by Investigator Dave Lauer. Investigator Lauer has experience in law enforcement, as well as the insurance industry. He has the ability to help find any useful information pertaining to issues surrounding an investigation. Investigator Lauer has extensive experience in conducting interviews and is familiar with doing background checks , property search , witness location , theft investigation , workers comp claims , injury claims , security consulting , research of court documents and reviewing financial records.

Investigator Reyne has been an employee at Pyr-Tech for over 10 years. Reyne began his career as an intern investigator in 1998. In 2002, he earned his IAAI-CFI and soon became a full-time investigator at Pyr-Tech. Reyne was awarded "Investigator of the Year" in 2004.
