Description

We are a SOMBWA certified, JCAHO accredited, licensed mental health clinic that provides community based psychosocial and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. PBA was established in 2000 by a group of mental health providers from the greater Boston area to provide culturally competetent services. Pyramid Builders Associates consist of Nubian and Latino social workers, psychologists, mental health counselors, nurses, and teachers reflecting the ethnicity of the clients served. The approach at Pyramid Builders Associates Inc. is a solution based paradigm. These mental health professionals of PBA have an average of twenty years of direct services working with families from a variety of cultural groups. In addition, these professionals are also representatives of the families they service. These professionals consist of licensed social workers, psychologist, mental health counselors, psychiatrist, registered nurses, case managers, substance abuse counselors, and educators.

The goal was to provide culturally competent services, PBA staff consists of Psychologists, Social Workers, mental health counselors, nurses, and teachers reflecting the race and ethnicity of clients we served.
