Quailway Cottage

Description

Quailway Cottage, whose name is taken from the Gambel's Quail that are year-round residents, is nestled midway between the Peloncillo Mountains in southwestern New Mexico and the Chiricahua Mountains in southeastern Arizona at the 4,500 foot elevation. The cottage is located seven miles from the Cave Creek area near Portal, Arizona, on 80 acres of secluded, private land. It is a desert haven for a variety of birds and wildlife and offers an opportunity for unlimited star gazing.
