Quality Concrete's Award Winning Truck With great community pride, Viesko Quality Concrete annually decorates a truck for the Salem Festival of Lights Parade in December. We leave the lights on the truck for several weeks and allow employees to drive the truck to thier own neighborhoods and to customers.
