This is a letter of recommendation for Quality Maintenance Co., Inc. Quality Maintenance has been servicing the Dietary Department at Rush Copley Medical Center for over the past two years and their quality of work has been paramount. In my 15 plus years of experience in the food service industry, I have never worked with such a fine company as Quality Maintenance. Quality has all the attributes that every customer wants from a company. Quality has been crucial in Rush Copley successfully passing JCAHO, Illinois Department of Public Health, Kane County Health Department inspections as well as Rush Copley and Sideshow internal physical and food safety inspection. Quality does an excellent job of cleaning the hood system in the cafeteria and kitchen, kitchen equipment, ceiling tiles and ceiling vents. Quality does an excellent job of communication in recommending work that may or may not need to be done. I rely heavily on their expertise. They are truly the experts in their industry. Quality has done an excellent job in responding to my needs as a customer and has always worked to accommodate me, having minimal or no impact on daily operations at the medical center.
