The secret to the longevity of a Quality Painting & Carpentry paint job or carpentry job is our labor intensive preparation, and the yearly inspection and maintenance that we provide to our customers and their homes afterwards.

On the Main House we provide all the regular maintance including twice yearly change out of the storms and screens. This service includes the cleaning of the windows both interior and exterior. For our regular customers only, we also provide interior painting. For this home we painted most of the interior providing several elegant faux finishes and color consulting for the various accoutrements.

While we do charge by the hour, the average cost for our services runs approximately $425.00 plus materials. The more we are in charge of the project, the cheaper it is. The more the customer is in charge and makes the decisions, the higher the costs. The reason for this is because when the customer is in charge they always change their minds throughout the process and then they end up deferring to our professional opinion in the end. Each and Every time. For over 20 years.

This color scheme was as usual chosen by us and was the first place winner in the Chicago lands Finest Painted Ladies contest. We have been in the color consulting business for over 20 years and always do our best when we are allowed to “do our thing”.

We provided the color consulting for this project. We provide no maintance on this home; the homeowner does all the work himself.
