Quality Plus Services is a Virginia based contracting company which provides a full range of mechanical, electrical, engineering, and construction services to industrial, institutional, and commercial customers nationwide.

As Safety Manager for Quality Plus Services, it is our goal to provide each employee with a safe and healthy place to work. Our objective is to provide quality services to our customers, and to conduct our business in the safest possible manner. To accomplish our safety objectives, QPS is committed to provide each employee with the necessary tools. It is our desire to have each employee properly trained and equipped with the resources to do their jobs safely. Aaron Gay is one of the company’s founders and is the company’s CEO. Prior to founding QPS, Aaron filled the role of Operations Manager of a Project Executive of a Premier Florida Specialized Contractor. He also worked for a General Contractor in Civil and Structural work. He has extensive experience in Plant Instrumentation, Electrical and Controls, Plant/Mill Automation, Allen Bradley Systems, and Private Acquisitions and Contracting.
