Founded in 1940, Quality Spring Products grew to become a division of the Kuhlman Corporation in 1964, and later, formed a joint venture partnership with Togo Seisakusyo Corporation of Nagoya, Japan. Today, Quality Spring Togo, Inc. is wholly owned by Togo Seisakusyo Corporation, and utilizes the combined practices of Japan's largest cold-forming spring manufacturer with the proven expertise and spring manufacturing experience of Quality Spring Products.
