Whether you are building in a code compliant area or an un-coded area, you get the same building kit. We don’t cut any corners. We’ve built our reputation on delivering a high quality product at a highly competitive price. When we decided to offer Material Only Kits, we made the decision to maintain the same level of engineering, maintain our 4’ on center truss spacing and offer the same manufacturer warranties that come with all our buildings.

Quality Structures Inc. was established on September 1, 2010 by Mr. Rob Pearce. Quality Structures Inc. was originally founded in 2003 as Esh Quality Structures by Mr. Reuben Esh. Reuben’s construction background traces back to his Amish upbringing, a group well known for their work ethic and expert craftsmanship. Born and raised in Lancaster county Pennsylvania, his first job was at his father’s lumberyard. At age 15 he helped construct his first post-frame building.

Excavation may be available through Quality Structures Inc. depending on your location. If you decide to provide your own pad you will need to provide us with a level building site approximately 3 feet larger than your building on all sides. Adequate provision should be made for drainage away from the site. Final leveling and grading may be needed after the completion of your building.

Rob joined Reuben in 2006. Rob came on board with many years of experience in both post frame and general construction. As the son of a journeyman carpenter and farmer, Rob’s construction background and work ethics were formed at a young age. Rob is a lifelong native of eastern Kansas, a veteran, husband to wife Connie, father of 4 children and grandfather of 8. Rob is active in many community organizations. He has coached many youth sports teams and has served on the local school board. In his spare time Rob likes to ride or drive his horses and team rope.
