Depot Service Agreements are available that provide for service of your system at our facility in Tucson. Under these Agreements, we take care of all logistics in having your device delivered to our facility on a timeline that best meets your needs. We provide Scheduled Maintenance on your device and ensure it meets factory specifications prior to shipping your device back to you. Depot Service Agreements can also be customized to include PM parts, Emergence Service Calls and repair of your IPL Handpieces.

We have expanded our Service Department to meet the needs of ALMA Laser and IPL Device owners looking for a company other than the manufacturer to help meet your service needs.
