Quantech Corporation was founded in 1998. The company is privately held with principal operations located in New York City, just outside of midtown Manhattan, in Long Island City Queens. Quantech Corporation provides professional services to small and mid-sized companies. The foundation of our services is IT Assurance, or the protection of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. We use a combination of both remote and onsite support services to manage client's critical infrastructure and operations.

Lou joined Quantech in early 2013. He is dedicated to providing high quality support services. His expertise encompasses systems administration, standardization, and customer relationships management. His diligent manner ensures that client’s support needs never go unmet. Lou began his career working in large enterprise. He served as a local, regional, then district manager for a nationwide technology consultancy. Following this, Lou worked in several key management roles at one of the largest multi-state transportation authorities.

With Managed Services, we provide support either remotely or onsite. It cuts down the response time to a problem and means no more snow days for your business. Work does not have to come to a halt because your staff cannot get to the office during a storm. The same powerful remote control utilities we use to provide support are available for your staff if you want them to use it.

Our solution allows for recovery of files, folders, partitions, mailboxes/messages, databases/tables using a quick and intuitive process. Routine file restores are performed remotely by someone from our operations team. In case of a complete server failure, our solution will completely restore your data back to its prior condition, even if the hardware has changed.

Our reports offer both a detailed and at-a-glance review of your systems. Everything we do is logged. Whether it is the results of automated utilities or the resolution to a service request, we document everything IT. We provide executive level reports and can generate customer reports as needed.
