Description

Mark L. Blazey is the president of Quantum Performance Group. Dr. Blazey has an extensive background in systems to drive performance excellence. He was a member of the Board of Examiners and a senior examiner from 1995 to 1999 for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Blazey served on the Baldrige Panel of Judges for the education pilot project to expand coverage of the Baldrige criteria to the education sector. He was the lead judge for the quality awards for United States Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM), the National Guard as well as New York State, Delaware, Vermont, Wisconsin, and the nation of Aruba.
