We've been working with Quick Accounting Solutions since we established our business in 2004. We receive superior IT & QuickBooks Enterprise services. Our CPA firm and bankers are very happy with the interim financial statements Larry provides us.

QAS will work with companies using QuickBooks Enterprise that have their own accounting staff. We provide QuickBooks configuration, coaching & external controller services required for accurate and timely interim financial statements, State & Payroll returns. The interim financial statements prepared are accepted by most banks and considered practically accurate for smaller midsized companies. This service is only as a courtesy to CPA’s with clients who have opted out of this service for practical reasons and prefer to focus on annual reviews, audits, tax returns or statements for larger clients. The standards used vary and are customized by the CPA preparing the tax returns and the needs of the institution receiving the information. We won’t prepare your state & payroll returns, but we will prove out and deliver the reports used to file your returns so you won’t be disappointed with the data. We reconcile your payroll returns to your gross wages and general ledger to prevent omissions.

Larry has consulted for a fee with software manufactures for the development of accounting software. He occasionally works with programmers. He integrates ecommerce solutions, payment gateways, social & business networks to streamline business & marketing processes to increase revenue. It is absolutely amazing what is available to today’s midsized business (or soon to be) at affordable prices.

We selected Quick Accounting Solutions to purchase and implement our QuickBooks Enterprise software. We have special requirements that are important to our business. Quick Accounting Solutions finished the implementation on time and at the price we were promised. We continue to consult with Quick Accounting Solutions as our local Intuit Solution Provider. Having a solution provider knowledgeable in accounting has been a definite plus for our project.
