Over the last 25 years, we have worked on nearly 1,000 projects ranging in size from small building restorations such as Frank Lloyd Wright's Pope-Leighey House, to some of the most celebrated and ambitious urban revitalization projects ever undertaken. Emphasizing a highly collaborative approach to building consensus among clients, stakeholders and specialized consultants, we have earned a reputation for creative approaches that meet a broad variety of needs in elegant and unexpected ways. We have collaborated closely with the General Services Administration, the National Park Service and a variety of clients at the federal, state and municipal levels. Through these relationships, we have worked on some of the country’s most treasured and recognizable landmarks, and have also created significant new structures to meet the needs of citizens and their government.
