R & E Fasteners, Inc. was started in a small garage in Reno, Nevada by Rutt and Edith Houk.  They sold the business in 1984 and thanks to an energetic and well trained staff; the company has grown into Northern Nevada’s largest distributor of domestic fasteners, cutting tools, electrical products, maintenance items and specialty hardware for the industrial and vehicle maintenance industry.
