Our goal at that time which is still in effect today is 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION”. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, we continue to develop business relationships with companies across the nation.We are a total computer solution provider and are dedicated to fulfilling our customers’ requirements for quality service, sales, and support. We accomplish this first by being an authorized service center for Wyse Technology, Link Technology, QUME, Okidata, Lexmark, and Hewlett Packard, working on their equipment even when out of warranty. Additionally, we service all makes of IBM compatible clone computers, printers with excellent in-house repairs with an impressive 3-5 day turnaround or onsite repairs with excellent response times. We also work to expand the fine offerings we provide to our clients by developing new relationships with other manufacturers whose products or services complement what we already have. This has allowed us to keep our product and service lines fresh and up to date with the latest technology available.Internet Filtering, UpdateEXPERT, and Document Imaging are some of the great new products that help monitor and block unwanted web sites, manage updates and reduce paper-based filing in just a click of a mouse.
