Description
With over 27 years experience in industry and government contracting, Mr. Nathu joined R4 in July 2007 after seven years with the Aerospace Integration Corporation/MTC Technologies (now part of BAE Systems) where he served as the Operations Manager of their Ground Systems Division.
Mr. Bormann is responsible for full life-cycle software engineering and leads R4's engineering efforts across all business lines including the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. He has a wide variety of experience covering the architecture, design and development of projects ranging from research and development to production. Mr. Bormann has experience with diverse software development methodologies including waterfall, prototyping spiral, Scrum and rapid application development.
The experienced professionals at R4 take pride in assisting our customers with CONOP and TTP refinement, strategic planning, and threat mitigation. Our attention to detail in the planning process allow our nation's defenders to stay on top of emerging threats.
R4 Incorporated is currently a subcontractor under the Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command's S3 contract. S3 is a multiple award contract vehicle to accommodate a broad range of services designed to meet the integrated engineering, business function and logistic service needs of all Team C4ISR customers. These services may be performed in conjunction with new and existing C4ISR system of systems, family of systems, platforms, systems, subsystems and items.
