She began her career in California and has since been doing permanent cosmetics in San Antonio for five years now. Connie Garrett has a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts. Her specialty is portrait painting. Connie is also, a licensed Esthetician at LR Salons. She is very patient and concerned with meeting the needs of her clients.
