Kenya (Kevin) Williams, Director of Marketing & IT, has been a Management Consultant in the Digital Marketing and Technology sector for over 10 years. He has broad experience in marketing strategy, client focused solutions, operations, systems optimization and data analysis. Kenya joined Rand Thompson in 2008 as part of our team. He received his BBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York City.

John Mazzei, Managing Partner , has over 25 years in the Human Capital business. His expertise is in executive recruiting and career coaching, and he has worked with outplacement firms. His clients are global investment banks, hedge funds, asset management firms, regional institutions and financial boutiques. His career coaching is language based and his linguistic observations lead to conversations of maximum possibilities.

Drew Desky, Managing Partner , has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, credit analysis, and insurance. Prior to Rand Thompson, Drew was a senior banker at Citigroup responsible for business development and relationship management in Financial Institutions. Prior to Citi, he was Vice President at Assurant (formerly Fortis), where he managed Mergers and Acquisitions, rating agency relations, and risk and capital management, as well as acting as Investment Liaison for Assurant Asset Management.
