RAR Technology was founded in 2004 and is based in Glendale, California. We provide Phone System installation and phone support services to small and mid-size businesses. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our goal is to partner with each customer to gain an understanding of their specific communication needs, and design an environment around those needs, and establish a long-term relationship.

RAR Technology can provide exactly the right repair and maintenance plan for your business phone systems. With over 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry, RAR Technology is ready to provide you with the best possible service. Warranty provided on all equipment.

It is very important to us that we provide you with the highest level of service. RAR Technology provides over the phone technical support for our customers at an hourly rate of $75.00 for the first hour Ater that we charge in 15 minute increments. Support calls must be scheduled beforehand with a technician. We provide programming assistance and technical support for NEC, Cisco, Aastra, Elastix, and many others. Technical support is provided from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday Pacific Standard Time. Support after normal business hours, during holidays and on weekends can also be scheduled with advance notice.
