Over the next several years our southtowns presence increased, eventually adding offices in Sardinia and Springville and what started out as a two man partnership is now a majority women owned firm that includes the daughter of founding partner Ray Mercer among its six partners. While the firm has grown over the years and developed expertise in many areas we have always remained focused on providing the highest quality services at reasonable rates.

Our firm specializes in performing Single Audits and Yellow Book Audits for governmental entities and not-for-profit organizations.

Our professional staff are accessible and responsive to client needs and concerns. In addition to technical expertise, our firm takes pride in adhering to the highest ethical standards and we are committed to delivering high quality service at a reasonable cost. Our practice model provides for a high level of partner involvement and continuity of personnel on each engagement.

In the aftermath of flooding from 1971 Hurricane Agnes, federal aid poured into the areas affected and the firm began providing grant auditing services required by federal agencies. By 1986, when the Single Audit Act was enacted, the firm had several years of federal grant auditing experience.
